Also try GPU-Z and see if that has any information missing or doesn't detect it as well. Sometimes you can get GPU's that have issues like this and are just not detected! In this case try an RMA! But it is 99% likely its drivers and BIOS's that are just not up to date or just dont seem to be co operating!
